Pokémon Ranger
📖 介紹
Befriend wild Pokémon by drawing capture circles on the DS touch screen. Solve puzzles and explore the Fiore Region in this unique action-adventure spin-off.
Released in 2006 for the Nintendo DS, Pokémon Ranger is a distinctive action-RPG spin-off developed by HAL Laboratory. It reimagines the franchise by replacing traditional Poké Balls with a Capture Styler, offering a fresh take on the beloved monster-collecting formula.
The core gameplay revolves around using the stylus to draw loops around wild Pokémon, temporarily befriend them, and command them to perform Field Moves. Players must manage their energy gauge while solving environmental puzzles, such as cutting trees, extinguishing fires, or crossing water.
Set in the scenic Fiore Region, the story follows a young Ranger tasked with restoring balance after a crisis threatens the harmony between humans and Pokémon. Unlike main series titles, captured Pokémon are temporary partners used to clear obstacles and defeat rival teams.
Pokémon Ranger remains notable for its innovative touch-screen mechanics and for being the first game to allow players to transfer the legendary Pokémon Manaphy to Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, providing a legitimate way to obtain this rare creature without external events.
